MUC/91-D Double opening modular vice

Vice based on the MUC/91 modular concentric vice, with the same mechanical specifications and dimensions. The main feature of this vice is the possibility to clamp two workpieces at the same time in one single operation of the central screw with right and left handed thread, thus doubling the clamping capacity of the vice while occupying little space for work which would otherwise require two vices.
The positioning precision is ensured by the central jaw unit which when necessary can be removed transforming the vice into a vice with concentric closing and opening that is more than double the size to clamp one single piece.
Other accessories such as intermediate support jaws and ground parallels can be used to create different multiple clamping combinations (up to 4 pieces) with one single vice. This feature makes it indispensable for mass production of plates, cubes, and parallelepipeds obtained from drawn material and of the same dimensions
