This dividing table has been specially designed to be positioned vertically but can also be positioned horizontally. Its compact and sturdy structure guarantees its stiffness and lack of vibrations during machining.
The coupling of the surfaces and the inside diameter between the base and the revolving table, is obtained by lapping, while all faces are properly ground.
The ring-gear and the worm, made of UNI18 NiCrMo5 casehardened, tempered, ground steel, move in an oil bath. The worm is mounted on double-acting, adjustable, radial, thrust bearings.
The coupling clearance with the ring-gear can be adjusted radially. The table is fitted with a handwheel with zero-setting graduated ring divided into minutes of degrees (1 notch on the ring = 1 ‘).
Upon request, indexing plates can be supplied which can replace the handwheel in order to carry out repetitive indexing operations according to the relevant schedules.
