The main feature of this vice is its high clamping speed achieved by means of an eccentric device that makes it possible to achieve great clamping force without any major effort from the operator. The jaws with which it is equipped are made of casehardened, tempered and properly ground steel and are equipped with an indentation on the upper part of the jaws.
The speedy locking and release feature makes this vice suitable for mass production. Its sturdy structure, the tenon guides joined to the moving parts with very close working tolerances, and the material used ensure the absence of vibrations even with heavy milling operations, thus providing better finishes and greater precision. The vice can be supplied with 360° graduated revolving base.
